November gathering and AGM 2026

An hour with Maria Cearns, Chief Operating Officer of the Co-operative Bank

Preceded by the AGM of the Customer Union cooperative

Saturday 21 November 2026, 11am to 1pm (AGM from 11am, Gathering from 12 noon)

We will be holding our November gathering as usual this year, and like the last two years it will be on-line only.

All customer union members and supporters are welcome.

At the Gathering we will hear from Maria Cearns, Chief Operating Officer of the Co-operative Bank, and there will be an opportunity for members and supporters to ask questions.

The gathering will be preceded by the AGM of the Customer Union.

A shorter event this year. We are now planning to hold two or three additional calls each year where members can join in discussions on particular topics. This follows the success of the recent member workshops, and it means we can keep the November event to two hours.

At the Gathering we will be joined by Maria Cearns, Chief Operating Officer of the Co-operative Bank. The gathering will be preceded at 11.00am by the AGM of the Customer Union for Ethical Banking open to all members of the union.

We will use Zoom. This means you can join from a computer, smartphone or tablet - or you can dial in from an ordinary telephone.
